WEST FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A shocking act of vandalism at the West Fargo Costco parking lot has landed a Fargo man in hot water.
Ryan Lyle Williams now faces felony criminal mischief charges after police say he deliberately keyed a Tesla truck on Saturday. Authorities identified Williams’ vehicle thanks to surveillance footage from nearby businesses and Tesla’s own cameras.
Williams reportedly confessed to the damage, which Tesla owner Mitch Benson captured in photos and videos that quickly went viral—racking up over 1,300 shares on Facebook alone.
